User can ask for refund in following cases:
1. Wrong product is delivered to customer because of technical or manual issues.
2. The file delivered is not the same as shown on website for preview, or has some errors
3. If company is unable to deliver the product/services requested by user
User cannot claim for refund in following cases:
1. The payment for the design services has been made and work is in progress
2. User has once downloaded any product from the website cannot claim for refund until or unless
mentioned in “User can ask for refund in following cases” of our refund policy
3. If the request of design services for clients personal presentation has been completed and
delivered
