At SlideMasterz, we strive for your satisfaction with our PowerPoint templates. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may be eligible for a refund—subject to the terms below.

2. Who is Eligible

  • Premium Templates purchased directly from our website.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 2 days of purchase.

🚫 Note: Free downloads, bundles, or third-party purchases are not eligible for refunds.

3. Refund Conditions

A refund will be granted if:

  • The template file is missing or corrupt, and you cannot use it despite our assistance.

  • The template does not function as described on the download page (e.g., missing slides, broken links).

  • You requested a refund within 2 days of purchase and can share examples of what didn’t work for you.

We do not offer refunds if:

  • You’ve opened or modified the file and then changed your mind.

  • The problem is due to usage issues (e.g., PowerPoint version compatibility, user error).

  • It’s been more than 2 days since the purchase date.

  • The payment for the design services has been made and work is in progress
  • If the request of design services for clients personal presentation has been completed and
    delivered

4. How to Request

  2. We’ll review your request (within 3–5 business days).

  3. If eligible, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days using your original payment method.

5. Partial Refunds or Replacements

When the issue is resolvable (e.g., technical glitch, missing slides), we may offer:

  • A revised file or replacement at no extra cost.

  • A partial refund at our discretion.
